Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga is seeking a dynamic operations leader to oversee studio teams, scheduling, and budgets across our California locations. The role requires directing staff, maintaining high guest experiences, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will interview and hire teachers and front desk staff, lead trainings, manage payroll and inventory, and be present during peak hours to drive growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a 200-hour RYT certificate and be able to teach the listed styles.
• Minimum previous management experience required.

Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love Yoga to join our company.

Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Previous management experience is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly $25 - $31 per hour.
