Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in Ann Arbor to deliver concierge service to members, assist the General Manager with lead management, maintain studio cleanliness, and ensure service with a smile. Fitness knowledge is preferred but not required.

The role focuses on driving memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training sales, using Club Ready software, and maintaining excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication via in-person, phone, and email.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing relationships and identifying needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize and enforce the club's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales goals.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and perform daily cleaning tasks.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Other duties as assigned.

Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise. Club Pilates is a well-established, nation-wide brand, committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community.

Position:The purpose of the Assistant Studio Manager is to provide a concierge service to members and potential members by assisting the General Manager with lead management, studio cleanliness, and service with a smile. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Perks:

• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour plus sales commissions and bonus
• Flexible work schedule (30-40 hrs/wk)
