Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Procore Knowledge and Experience.
• Read and Interpret Plans and Specifications.
• Structural Steel Drawings and Shop Drawing Interpretation.
• Structural Steel Erection and Installation Knowledge.
• Understanding of Structural Steel Connections, Welding, Bolting, and Metal Decking.
• Knowledge of Structural Steel Erection Safety Requirements.
• Familiarity with Structural Steel Inspection and Quality Control Procedures.
• Bluebeam Experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency.
• Computer Knowledge and Proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the project schedule with structural steel activities.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to support field operations.
• Coordinate steel erection sequencing with crane access and logistics.
• Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure alignment with plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with other trades to minimize conflicts and maintain progress.
• Assist in coordinating structural steel inspections and documentation.
• Support project engineers and field staff to ensure proper document flow.
