Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience with structural steel erection and field coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret structural steel plans, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Experience coordinating steel subcontractors, material deliveries, and construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate structural steel erection activities including columns, beams, joists, decking, bracing, and related components.
- Monitor subcontractor progress and ensure alignment with project plans and schedules.
- Assist in RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and erection plans with Project Engineers.
- Maintain field reports, quality control documentation, and site safety records.
- Support Lean construction practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
