Position Overview

Assistant Stretch Manager (Assisted Stretching Sales) – Responsible for selling Assisted Stretch packages, building member relationships, and developing a team of Stretch Trainers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Stretch Director and Stretch Manager in onboarding and development of Stretch Trainers.
• Maintain club cleanliness, building and equipment maintenance, and safety.
• New member onboarding and collaboration with membership and Personal Training sales.
• Achieve daily sales targets during Assistant Stretch Manager shifts (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays).
• Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly coaching plans.
• Provide a passion for fitness and mobility, strong drive for success, and a history of commitment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• Ability to work with membership sales and personal training teams.
• Skill in coaching and developing Stretch Trainers.
• Strong ownership of results, adaptability, and excellent communication.
• Team player, organized, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability for weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early‑mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late‑night shifts.
• Passion for health and fitness.

Requirements

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to work in a gym setting, move about club floors and rooms, and lift over 40 lbs.
• Ability to access and operate the company computer system, prepare documents, enter data, read reports and emails.

Compensation

Hourly position: $15 USD, with variable income opportunities including commission and bonus.
