Troy University is seeking an Assistant Strength Coach to develop and implement a comprehensive strength and conditioning program for all student-athletes. The role includes assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Weight Room and teaching proper lifting techniques to ensure athlete safety.

The Assistant Strenght Coach position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a strength and conditioning program for all student-athletes; assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Weight Room; teaching sound lifting techniques to help ensure the safety of all student-athletes; being proactive with head coaches in developing programs that will asist in the prevention of athletic injuries; and providing assistance primarily for women’s athletics.
