The Assistant Store Manager at FEATURE Wynn Las Vegas is a key leader responsible for driving sales, coaching the team, and running daily operations. This role supports the Store Manager, delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring inventory accuracy and policy compliance.

Qualified candidates have at least three years of progressive retail leadership and experience with retail POS and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Experience with retail POS, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and run the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Drive sales and coach the team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, supervise shipments, transfers, and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and operational expectations.
