Help lead and manage the team in our Williams Miranda store with a key focus on customer service, being sales driven, and developing a high-performing team.

Your new role

As the part-time (30 hours) Assistant Store Manager in our Williams Miranda store, you will support the Store Manager to elevate the store's performance. You will lead the team to create a great customer experience, increase sales, and maintain operational standards. Our best-in-class Point of Sale system provides the tools needed to achieve these goals.

Duties:

• Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock management
• Support the Store Manager to drive store success
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve targets
• Coach, develop, and mentor team members

Skills & Experience:

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Passion for coaching and team development
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to foster a customer service culture
• Drive performance within the store
