Help lead and manage the team at our new Williams Merrylands store, focusing on customer service, driving sales, and developing a high-performing team.

Your New Role

As a part-time Assistant Store Manager working 26.75 hours at our Williams Merrylands store, you will support the Store Manager in elevating store performance. You will lead the team to deliver excellent customer experiences, increase sales, and uphold operational standards, utilizing our advanced Point of Sale system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver and maintain high levels of customer experience
  2. Uphold visual merchandising standards and manage stock
  3. Support the Store Manager in driving store success
  4. Lead, motivate, and inspire team members to meet targets
  5. Coach, develop, and mentor staff
Skills & Experience
  1. Previous retail or customer service experience
  2. Passion for coaching and team development
  3. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  4. Ability to foster a customer service-oriented culture
  5. Experience in driving store performance
  6. Structured rosters with two consecutive days off for better work-life balance
