FP Movement in Cranston, RI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead selling, service and store operations, creating an inspiring environment rooted in fitness and wellness.

You will support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, scheduling, events, and omni-channel experiences while delivering personalized service and maintaining strong visual standards.

This role requires 1+ year store leadership, passion for FP Movement, and flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement or strong ties to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: act as a brand ambassador and create engaging visual experiences; drive personalized service and product recommendations.
• Leadership + Team Management: guide the team, provide feedback, participate as manager-on-duty and assist in recruiting and onboarding.
• Visual + Business Operations: monitor sales forecasting, scheduling and payroll; manage stock, display standards and omni-channel order processing.
• Communication + Relationships: lead inclusive culture, share important information, and gather customer feedback to improve store performance.
