Qualifications

• Open Availability: must work weekends/holidays and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable Transportation: valid driver's license, access to personal vehicle, proof of insurance for deposits.
• Physical Readiness: able to perform cleaning/restroom duties and outdoor areas.
• Minimum Age: 21+ years old.
• Communication Skills: proficient in English with basic math.
• Willing to Learn: open to training.
• Certification: Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on service.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock.
• Maintain a clean store, restrooms, and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
