Job summary

GPM Investments seeks an Assistant Manager for Store 4559 in Grapevine, TX. The role requires open availability and willingness to work weekends and holidays, with emphasis on second or third shifts.

You will support the Store Manager, supervise cash handling, inventory, merchandising and customer service, and lead a small team. Weekly pay, a monthly bonus potential, 401(k), PTO, insurance options, and a $1000 sign-on bonus after 6 months are offered to help you grow into retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain one.
• Willing to learn and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy and courtesy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell and deliver great service.
• Help hire, train and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager as needed and manage schedules.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, welcoming store and pump areas.
• Provide feedback to drive store success.
