Job summary

The role requires strong communication, retail experience, and a solid sales background; a college degree or equivalent is preferred. Flexible scheduling and weekend coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.
• Must have a strong command of the English language for all written correspondence & oral communication.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Demonstrated high-level of selling skills.
• Proven ability to problem solve.
• College degree or equivalent; additional certifications such as ABO/Brand Certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of Store Manager and act as business owner within the marketplace.
• Develop and mentor team; provide clear, timely feedback.
• Drive sales, customer service, and store profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and visual standards.
• Maintain store appearance and relationships with doctors and customers.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
