Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience supervising others and working in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• Cash handling experience and basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Recruit, train and develop store staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Open/close the store, manage cash drawers and protect assets.
• Oversee inventory, loans and merchandising operations.
• Drive profitability by aligning team goals with store performance.
• Lead as manager on duty and communicate the store's mission clearly.
