Job summary

Wushiland Boba is hiring an Assistant Manager in California to support daily operations and help the store manager with a range of tasks. You will also assist with warehouse duties, such as loading, offloading, and transferring packages from warehouse to store.

The role requires 1–2 years in food/beverage retail as an assistant store manager, the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, and a focus on training and coaching a team to foster growth and professionalism.

As a good Assistant Manager, you will give day-to-day support with the daily operations, help the store manager with tasks assigned, and be willing to support with warehouse duties, such as loading, offloading, and transferring packages from warehouse to store.

What you must have:

• At least 1-2 years of food/beverage retail assistant store manager experience
• Able to juggle working different aspects of running a store
• Comfortable training and coaching a team
• Able to cultivate a culture of growth and professionalism

Good to have:

• Food Handlers Certification.
• Experiences in the food/beverage retail industry.
