You will organize merchandise, supervise associates, handle opening/closing procedures, and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers. This full-time role requires strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing retail/store operations is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
