Job summary

Family Dollar in Kansas City, KS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily functions, help customers, organize merchandise, and support the Store Manager in training and supervising staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior store management experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. This is a part-time position with emphasis on a positive, safe work environment.
