Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for outstanding service.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team; set goals and provide feedback.

• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales via merchandising, promotions, and targets.

• Marketing & Community Engagement: Implement local marketing and build community relationships.
