Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and interpret directives.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in store management in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Ability to supervise and develop store associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a high-energy team setting.
• Must adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide positive customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help merchandise transfer from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Follow corporate directives and handle store communications.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Keep store areas well-stocked, organized, and secure assets.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Help Store Manager supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
