Job summary

The Reformation Inc. in New York's Flatiron district is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team and elevate customer experiences.

You’ll drive sales, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence across the store while championing sustainability and brand storytelling. This full-time role requires 4+ years of retail management, a passion for people, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience required.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency and maximize team results.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Drive a elevated client experience and act as a brand ambassador with sustainability storytelling.
• Lead the sales floor and deliver an excellent customer experience with a customer-first mindset.
• Assist customers, coach in moment for continuous improvement, and manage payroll goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and train the team on losses prevention and controls.
• Support merchandising presentation and ensure brand standards are met.
