The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor to lead daily operations and inspire a high-performance team in our Michigan store. You will drive sales, optimize merchandise, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will develop staff, manage schedules, and uphold standards that deliver consistent results while partnering with the broader Store Management team to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership abilities with clear communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
