CBD Kratom is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Shift Lead) to drive sales and uphold brand standards at Store #515 - Knox/Henderson in Dallas. You will lead a small team of Doyens, coaching them to become industry experts in cannabis and kratom while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires leadership experience, a customer-first mindset, and availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. This is a full-time position with benefits and opportunities for growth.

As an Assistant Store Manager (Shift Lead), you will lead daily operations while coaching a team of Doyens (Sales Associates) to become industry experts in cannabis and kratom. Your primary focus is to drive sales and maintain high brand standards by bringing the company’s culture and values to life for both your team and your guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:$16.50 per hour

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 15 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• A "people person" who is passionate about our products and company culture.
