Job summary

CBD Kratom in Media is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate (internal title: Doyen) to become a trusted voice in cannabis and kratom. You will learn through a 14-day onboarding and ongoing training, perform POS transactions, upsell, and maintain store standards.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, strong people skills, and prior retail experience is preferred. Benefits include employee discount, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday pay.

Job Type:Part-Time

Pay:$16.00 per hour

• Eligible for monthly bonuses based on store performance offering from $75 - $275 based on store volume and % sales to goal.
• Eligible for performance-based merit reviews every 6 months, offering a total annual increase potential of up to $1.00/hour.

• Responsible for point-of-sale transactions, including cash handling and maintaining a bank.
• Maintain store standards and provide daily operational and inventory updates to leadership.
• Clean, organize and stock store displays, storage areas, and restrooms including stooping, bending, reaching, twisting, etc.
• May be given opening and closing responsibilities including cash drop, keyholder responsibilities, etc.
