Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Houston to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will mentor staff, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to brand standards while supporting inventory and merchandising initiatives.

In this role, you will report to the Store Manager, oversee training programs, and foster a positive, inclusive store environment with a focus on achieving KPIs and delivering a superior shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Capable of working unsupervised and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as MOD when Store Manager is unavailable and oversee scheduling.
• Lead and train store associates through LIDS programs and goals.
• Maintain store standards, customer service, and loss prevention.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and store operations for peak performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
