The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include supporting overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through guest service, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, merchandising, and inventory control. The role requires a minimum age of 18, a flexible schedule, and physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
Hourly rate ranges from $17.50 to $17.75, dependent on qualifications and experience. Benefits include New York Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay, and End of Season Premium Pay. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.
