A leading seasonal retailer is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their Los Angeles location. In this role, you will support the Store Manager to drive sales, enhance guest experiences, and oversee staff development. The position requires retail management experience and a flexible schedule.
Hourly rate: $19.87 - $20.12 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Benefits include: California Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include assisting with overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability, maintaining guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and inventory management. The minimum age requirement is 18, and candidates must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
