Job Description: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, have a flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience. Physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
