Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help drive store operations to maximize sales and profitability.

Responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, while ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• The minimum age requirement is 18 and must have a flexible schedule.
• The physical demands of the job include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
