Responsibilities include supporting store operations to maximize sales and profitability, maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Minimum age requirement is 18, with a flexible schedule. Physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
