Responsibilities

The assistant store manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services. The assistant manager supports the store manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

Minimum age requirement: 18. Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
