The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
