Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $19.87 to $20.12 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Brand: Spencer's.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement is 18.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds for in excess of 8 hours.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
