Job summary

Spencer's in Brandon, FL is seeking a retail leadership candidate to help manage day-to-day store operations and guest satisfaction. You will participate in staffing, merchandising, and inventory control to maximize sales in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring prior retail or supervisory experience, a commitment to service, and the physical ability to perform duties such as standing, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 to $16.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
