• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop staff and control expenses and shrinkage.
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
