Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain Guest Services.
2. Support the Store Manager in daily store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
3. Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage.
4. Manage merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications & Physical Demands:

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Prior retail or management experience required.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
