Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 - $16.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. This role supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Minimum age requirement: 18 years. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
