Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They support the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, aiming to maximize sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Prior retail or management experience is required. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.
