You will lead sales initiatives, coach associates on selling practices, and help execute merchandising standards across multiple store units. This transitional role focuses on developing leadership skills toward a Store Manager position, with uncapped commissions potential and a competitive benefits

• Assist Senior Store Manager with training of store associates.
• Promote a culture of coaching to improve customer experience and selling aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Elevate in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Lead in resolving customer-related issues and escalating when necessary.
• Assist Senior Store Manager with training of store associates.
• Promote a culture of coaching to improve customer experience and selling aptitude.
• Ensure in-store merchandising, marketing, and POP standards.
• Follow Mattress Firm procedures for product transfers to ensure proper documentation of inventory.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.
