Palm Beach Tan in Fort Collins is seeking a store manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role starts with a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics, and opportunities for advancement.

You will analyze sales, manage labor and inventory, maintain a clean, organized store, and uphold safety and legal requirements while delivering a welcoming tanning and wellness experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
