Job summary

KwikFill is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Williamsport, PA to share store operations with the Store Manager and contribute to staff training, policy compliance, and daily oversight. You will drive sales performance, supervise associates, and manage customer interactions in a busy convenience setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Must be able to multi-task in a retail setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Train and motivate store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and related equipment.
• Stock, price, and rotate merchandise to keep shelves appealing.
• Ensure compliance with health department rules and company policies.
• Support shift reporting and cash/inventory controls.
• Maintain neat appearance and comply with dress code.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work at least two weeknights and three weekends per month.
