Job summary

KwikFill is seeking a Shift Leader in Williamsport, PA, to assist the Store Manager and develop new employees. This entry-level role trains you to move into an Assistant Manager position and may involve weekends as needed.

You will greet customers, suggest merchandise, learn the POS system, stock shelves, and ensure cleanliness and safety while handling cash and inventories in a retail convenience-store setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet all customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to all customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register with accuracy.
• Stock and face merchandise; manage storage and rotation.
• Assist in store maintenance and adhere to safety policies.
• Handle daily transactions and report shortages/overages to management.
• Perform other duties assigned by Store Manager or District Manager.
