Job summary

Dollar Tree seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development in Lacey, WA. You will help with daily activities, organize merchandise, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment for customers and associates.

Responsibilities include assisting in training Store Associates, maintaining promotional displays, and handling opening/closing procedures while following corporate directives and loss-prevention practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
