Job summary

KwikFill is seeking an entry-level Shift Leader at our Beaver, PA location to support store operations and assist the Manager and Assistant Manager. The role develops into an Assistant Manager position and involves weekend management coverage as needed.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, operate the register, stock and price merchandise, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. High school diploma and reliable transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with dependable transportation.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and required equipment with accuracy.
• Price, stock, and face merchandise; stock gondolas and shelves.
• Maintain store and comply with Health Department rules and safety policies.
• Be responsible for cash and inventories in the absence of management.
