Dollar Tree in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, support sales goals, and develop the store team. You will assist with opening/closing procedures, supervise associates, organize merchandise flow, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes payroll and scheduling tasks, loss prevention, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced store.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and opening/closing procedures.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and answer questions.
• Organize merchandise flow from delivery to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits; support loss prevention.
• Supervise and train store associates; ensure safety and policy adherence.
• Maintain clean, organized store and stockroom; protect assets and cash.
