Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, assist customers, and develop the team at our Cambridge, MN location.

Responsibilities include merchandising, opening/closing duties, payroll and scheduling support, loss prevention, and keeping the sales floor and stockroom organized. This is a part-time role with opportunities to grow within a supportive retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and required for basic operations.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Support opening/closing procedures and merchandising upkeep.
