Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Assist in organizing and transferring merchandise from truck to stockroom to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain promotional displays and store appearance.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, and record-keeping.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure staff compliance.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of associates.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
