Qualifications

• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and developing action plans.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Model store core values and support teamwork.
• Monitor local competitive environment and adjust accordingly.
• Provide product feedback and participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling and cash controls are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage; merchandise product to maximize sales.
