Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Read, interpret and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers and address concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates; maintain store standards.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; protect assets and follow procedures.
