Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory awareness, training, and ensuring superb service while promoting merchandise. This hourly role requires leadership and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage a team and meet goals and profits.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on key tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act in the Store Manager's absence and supervise as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to aid profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Help recruit, train, and evaluate store personnel.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and uphold company policies.
