• Step in as acting manager in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep.Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual.
